Palazzo Haggi is located on the corner of via Benedetto Marcello and via Tigor, in the San Vito quarter in Trieste, one of the most prestigious areas in the historical center of the city.

Commissioned by the Armenian merchant Haggi Giorgio Aydinian, the project was entrusted to Ruggero Berlam, a famous architect from Trieste who was responsible for the design of many of the most famous buildings of the city.
The decorations of the facades recall the neo-medieval style making the building unique in its kind.
After a meticulous restoration of the facades and a complete anti-seismic and plant adaptation, the two buildings will include 22 apartments, several parking spaces, cellars and motorcycle parkings.
